WHY IT WORKS
Joseph Pilates designed his classical repertoire with genius and intention.
Each movement builds mindful awareness of your body.
With regular practice, you’ll start to feel real change, with more ease in your body,
that you can carry into your everyday life.
1
Release of Tension and Discomfort
Gentle, intelligent movement helps ease pain, release chronic holding patterns, and invite more space into your body. Over time, you may notice less stiffness, fewer aches, and a greater sense of physical comfort in your everyday life.
2
Better Alignment in Movement
Learn how to move in ways that feel organized, efficient, and sustainable. This practice helps your body work with better balance and coordination, so strength is built without strain, and movement feels lighter and more supported.
3
Supported Nervous System
A calm, intentional approach that encourages regulation rather than overload. Through mindful pacing, breath, and awareness, the practice helps you feel more grounded, present, and at ease both during movement and beyond the mat.

YONI AVNI
Founder, Pilates Teacher
Yoni Avni discovered Pilates through a serendipitous moment during her first assessment, and it quickly became a lifelong passion. Born and raised in Israel, she moved to the United States at age 20, where her journey into teaching and healing through movement truly began.
She completed her initial 600-hour Classical Pilates Teacher Training at Teague Pilates in Los Angeles in 2006, and later earned her Master’s certification from The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado—one of the most respected programs in the field.
Yoni specializes in injury rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and working with chronic pain and alignment challenges. Her approach blends precise movement, breath, and thoughtful pacing to help clients feel safer, stronger, and more at ease in their bodies.
To make her work more accessible, Yoni designed an online Pilates program that brings the same care and attention to a wider community. The classes are beginner-friendly, supportive, and created to meet people where they are—whether they are new to movement or returning after injury.
With patience and deep respect for each individual, Yoni supports her clients in building sustainable strength and reconnecting with their bodies—one mindful movement at a time.
